(Japan) Looking for a Marketing Executive for a luxury hotel.

About the Role:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to assist Head of Marketing to oversee all social media accounts; develop engaging, creative, innovative content for scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote our hotel products and services through digital channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns, research audience preferences and discover current trends.
• Respond to all online reviews including non-brand.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, advertisement campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
• Oversee social media accounts’ layouts.
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
• Coordinate social media messaging with concerned departments and hotel goals.
• Analyze social media campaigns to determine efficiency and areas of improvement.

Requirements:
• Previous experience within hospitality industry is required.
